By accessing or using Plexvo Listing ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plexvo Listing is an AI-powered tool that helps Amazon sellers generate optimized product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and search terms.

The Service uses:

• DeepSeek AI technology for content generation
• Amazon product data from ScrapingDog API
• Proprietary 6-dimensional prioritization algorithms

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

3.1 Billing Terms

• Billing Cycle: Monthly, on the date you subscribed
• Payment Processor: Creem handles all payments securely
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused quota

3.2 Quota Rules

• Monthly quota resets on the 1st of each month
• Unused quota does not roll over to the next month
• Quota is consumed when you generate a complete listing (Phase 1-3)
• Editing or viewing existing listings does not consume quota

4. Team Accounts

4.1 Roles

• Owner: Manages subscription, invites/removes members, accesses all team listings
• Member: Accesses only their own listings, views team quota

4.2 Team Quota

• Team quota is shared among all members
• All members' usage counts toward the total team quota

4.3 Member Removal

• Owner may remove members at any time
• Removed members lose access immediately
• Listings created by removed members remain team property

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others (except team members)
• Not use the Service for illegal or prohibited purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent quota limits or abuse the Service
• Not generate content that violates Amazon's policies or contains prohibited content (adult, weapons, illegal goods, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all listings generated using the Service
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service

6.2 Our Technology

• The Service, including algorithms, UI, and codebase, is our intellectual property
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from our Service

• We aim for 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time

9. Account Termination

9.1 By You

• You may cancel your account anytime through the Settings page
• Data will be deleted after 30 days of account closure

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payment fails (for paid accounts)
• You abuse the Service or engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of Amazon's policies or any third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
